Guangdong Victor Aluminum Co., Ltd. actively responds to the national talent development strategy and the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Production and Education and has carried out different forms of school-enterprise cooperation with institutions such as Jiangmen Vocational School of Industry and Commerce, Jiangmen Technician College and Yunan Vocational and Technical College. The Company has carried out a series of fruitful school-enterprise integration and production-education integration activities such as students internship, teachers’ practice in enterprise, new apprenticeship, participation in the school’s talent training activities, provision of part-time teachers according to the school’s requirements, and joint scientific and technological research between the school and the Company. In 2020, it was selected as the first batch of pilot construction enterprises for the integration of production and education in Guangdong. Now, in accordance with the Construction and Cultivation of Production-Education Integration Enterprise Work Program of Guangdong, the Company has drawn up a three-year action plan for the integration of production and education as follows:

1. Conduct school-enterprise cooperation, continue to explore in depth the development of modern teacher-apprentice class with Chinese characteristics.

 

Establish a new apprenticeship model with students majoring in machinery from Jiangmen Technician College and train more than 25 talents each year to realize a skill training model with teachers cooperating with workers, workers assisting teachers, teachers teaching students, workers tutoring students, students helping students and other multi-faceted promotion and comprehensive development.

2. Conduct school-enterprise cooperation and provide internship bases for Jiangmen Technician College

  

Guangdong Victor Aluminum Co., Ltd. provides internship bases for Jiangmen Vocational School of Industry and Commerce, Jiangmen Technician College and Yunan Vocational and Technical College with the advantage of advanced equipment, and takes in more than 100 interns from all over the world every year. It allows students to master advanced technology and skills.

3. Conduct school-enterprise cooperation and provide visits and learning opportunities for schools

To promote the new generation’s understanding of the manufacturing industry and enhance students’ recognition of the manufacturing industry and skilled workers, Guangdong Victor Aluminum plans to establish a study tour cooperation mode with relevant technical schools in the future, inviting students from technical schools to visit the company, so that school students can have a further understanding of the employment direction of the mechanical manufacturing profession.
