Environmental impact assessment of Ltds annual output of 1.5 million pieces of electronic consumer goods spare parts and 400,000 pieces of automobile interior and exterior accessories. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the Peoples Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the following information shall be announced to the public:

1. Name and outline of the construction project

GuangDong VICTOR Industry co,. Ltd plans to invest 50 million yuan to rebuild and expand the existing workshop in the existing factory, add CNC, die casting machine and other equipment, increase the use of the existing 1 # painting line, and build the existing approved and use low VOCS content solvent coating. The annual production is 700,000 pieces of speaker handles, 200,000 pieces of microphone sleeves, 450,000 pieces of speaker flat iron mesh, 150,000 pieces of speaker base, and 400,000 pieces of car interior and exterior accessories.

2. An overview of the construction project

(1) Wastewater: mainly for new employee domestic sewage, new skim wastewater, cleaning wastewater, acid etching wastewater, passivation wastewater, electrophoresis wastewater in renovation and expansion projects, etc.;

(2) Waste gas: mainly metal dust produced by aluminum melting; organic waste gas from die casting; particulate matter from sandblasting and grinding; acid fog exhaust gas from acid etching; organic waste gas from spray painting and leveling; organic waste gas and combustion waste gas, etc.;

(3) Noise: it mainly comes from the noise generated during the operation of all kinds of production equipment;

(4) Solid waste: mainly aluminum ash and slag, machining scraps, waste activated carbon, waste oil and household garbage, etc.

3. Countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse effects

(1) Waste gas: the metal dust produced by aluminum is treated by the existing treatment facilities "water rotary integrated dust processor + fog tower"; die-casting waste gas is treated by the existing treatment facilities "water rotary integrated dust processor + fog tower"; acid etching waste gas is treated by the existing treatment facilities "alkali spray" device; spray painting, painting, leveling, curing waste gas and drying waste gas after electrophoresis are treated by adding "zeolite runner + RTO".

The air pollutants discharged after the project is put into use will not have significant adverse effects on the ambient air quality and environmental sensitive points.

(4) Solid waste: the solid waste generated by the renovation and expansion project includes household garbage, metal scraps, packaging barrels of raw materials of wastewater coatings, raw materials of waste solvent-based coatings, aluminum ash and slag, waste oil and waste activated carbon. Household waste shall be treated by the local sanitation department; general solid waste such as metal scraps and wastewater coatings shall be stored in the general solid waste warehouse of the existing projects and be disposed regularly by the relevant units; hazardous waste such as raw materials, aluminum ash, waste oil and waste activated carbon shall be stored in the existing projects, and regularly handled by qualified units. The solid waste generated by the renovation and expansion project will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment.
