Introduction

Conflict minerals (CONFLICT MINERALS CM) are metal minerals such as tin (TIN), tungsten (TUNGSTEN), tantalum (TANTALUM), and gold (GOLD) obtained through illegal means such as forced labor and abuse of child labor by non-governmental military groups and local rebel organizations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring countries in Central Africa. They are sold in exchange for weapons, causing regional unrest, human rights violations, and environmental degradation.

GuangDong VICTOR Industry co,.Ltd complies with international conventions and industry initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) due diligence guidelines for responsible mineral supply chains in conflict affected and high-risk areas, and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). Adhering to corporate values, we are committed to assuming social responsibility within the supply chain, paying attention to conflict mineral regulations originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring countries or regions, and resolutely avoiding the procurement of any illegal minerals that violate international regulations and human rights. To this end, we continuously monitor and support our supply chain partners to ensure that all substances in our products come from legally mined minerals.
