In March, spring awakens and flowers begin to bloom. To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, showcase the elegance of female employees, and enhance team cohesion, on the afternoon of March 7th, the Labor Union Committee of Guangdong Weilv Aluminum Co., Ltd. carefully organized a hiking activity themed "Spring Outing·Walking Together in Youth". The female employees of the company temporarily put aside their busy work to go on a date with spring, drawing strength from walking and bonding through laughter.

Gather and set off, marching towards spring

In the afternoon, the sun shone warmly, and the goddesses gathered at the Baishui Dao memorial archway as promised. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the person in charge at the starting point distributed activity task cards and explained the rules. With the announcement of "set off", the eagerly anticipated goddesses officially embarked on this spring hiking journey, which was about 3 kilometers long and lasted 1.5 hours. The route started from the Baishui Dao memorial archway, passed through the Xuefa Garden, and finally arrived at the Longguang Tower at the top of the mountain.

Fun challenge, embrace the spring scenery

Hiking is not just about moving forward, but also an interesting exploration. We have specially designed two tasks, "Building Search" and "Flower and Shadow Search", to give the scenery along the way a special significance. Participants transform into "explorers", holding task cards to search for distinctive buildings and discovering the stories of the park through observation. As "flower seekers", they use their cameras to capture two types of spring flowers, allowing their smiling faces to be framed alongside the blooming flowers, capturing the beautiful spring light and shadow. Every step of walking is enlivened by discovery, and every pause adds memories to the scenery.

Gathering at the summit, a moment of joy

Amidst singing and laughter, everyone successfully reached the top of Longguang Tower one after another. The person in charge at the finish line had been waiting for a long time. Here, the event reached its climax - each department team was asked to come up with creative photo poses, and against the backdrop of Longguang Tower, wonderful photos were taken that showcased the team's vitality and collaborative spirit. Sincere holiday greetings and commemorative gifts were presented to all the goddesses who had completed the challenge. Then, all the participants gathered together for a group photo brimming with success and joy, marking a perfect conclusion to the event.

Every step we take brings us a new scenery, and our shared goal unleashes endless strength. This hiking trip was a physical and mental cleansing in the spring breeze, as well as a warm dialogue among the team. During the journey, fatigue was released, and energy was quietly accumulated; amidst laughter and conversation, barriers quietly melted away, and tacit understanding naturally grew. Every time we walked side by side, the bond between the team became stronger.
